What are the Indigo Fields cancellation and refund policies?

Cancellation policy:
We realise that there are events in life over which we have no control.  Should you need to cancel your booking due to illness, for compassionate or other serious reasons, we will do our level best to reschedule your booking. However, if we are notified less than 48 hours before your spa date, therapists have been allocated specifically for your treatments and your deposit will be utilized to offset our professional fees.  In fairness to our professional staff, we finalise schedules 48 hours in advance and once the therapists are notified of their timetables, we are committed to full payment.

Refund policy:
In the event of a booking being cancelled in good time, which we consider to be more than a week for a weekday booking and a month for a Saturday booking, an administration fee of 10% of the total booking price will be levied.

There is no charge to reschedule if done in good time (as described above).
